Some people believe that horseshoes should be pointing upwards to hold the luck in and others believe they should be pointing downwards to let the luck shower out. Whatever you believe, there's no denying that this is a beautiful horseshoe charm!

Made of 18ct gold, the horseshoe actually started as an antique stick pin which has been converted into a charm. We love the diamond stud detail, there's seven in total! The horseshoe is a nice large size so it's great to wear as a pendant on its own or layer with other charms.

The horseshoe is made of 18ct gold (it's hollow to the centre) and has 9ct gold fittings. The charm is unhallmarked but tested.

The charm weighs approx 1.15g and measures approx 20mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 18mm wide.

The jump ring is connected to one side of the horseshoe so it hangs at an angle when worn.

Condition - The charm is in good antique condition but does show signs of age and wear. There is some slight damage to one top side of the horseshoe which looks to be from when the horseshoe was converted into a charm. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.

*Please note the box and chain pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch.*
