How sweet is this antique 15ct gold and ruby heart locket!? It's just waiting to hold a little love token inside.
The charm is made of 15ct gold marked '15ct' to the back. The front of the locket is set with a gorgeous star set pink ruby and the locket opens up so you could keep a tiny memento or two inside. There is a gold heart frame inside to help keep a photo in place.
The charm measures approx 15mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 11.5mm wide by aprox 5.3mm deep and weighs approx 1.85g in total.
Condition - The charm is in good antique condition but it does show signs of age and wear, including surface wear to the gold and ruby. The hinge mechanism still works well and closes securely. The jump ring is currently pushed closed and is a little rosier in colour. It tests as 9ct gold. Please see photos.
