Due to Royal Mail's current 'cyber incident', all international deliveries are currently suspended. When we have a further update from Royal Mail we will let you know asap when international delivery is possible again.

This could also cause delays to parcels posted from 6th January 2023 as currently Royal Mail are not processing any international mail.

 

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. We are still accepting international orders via our website but please note that they will be held and not shipped until Royal Mail are accepting international post again.

We do offer layaway free of charge and if you would like to place an item on layaway rather than pay in full and wait for international delivery this is no problem at all. Please email info@kategoldjewellery.com for more information on a plan.

Currently we are being told this issue is not affecting UK mail and so UK orders are being sent as normal.
